   Observed kitchen staff actively washing dishes using a dishwashing machine that dispenses sanitizer at 0ppm (at 120F). COS: PIC ensures that the kitchen staffs will discontinue using the dishwashing machine and use the 3 compartment sinks until it gets services and it dispenses sanitizer at the appropriate moment creation.
