Observed PIC handling raw chicken wings with bare hands to place in bowl/container for frying and then proceeded to handle clean utenils without washing their hands.

Observed PIC handling raw chicken wings with bare hands to place in bowl/container for frying and then proceeded to handle clean utenils without washing their hands. Observed employee handle bowl with raw chicken wings in it with bare hands, then placed the wings in fryer, and handle clean utenils without washing their hands. C/A: Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles and after engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands. COS: Employee and PIC washed their hands when EHS pointed out violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
