Local brief
Brickworks’ pantry opens weekly, but grocery visits are once a month
Wednesday pantry hours are 3–5 p.m. at Chattahoochee Hills City Hall. Residency and income rules apply, and the city’s notice says there is no delivery.
Community Brickworks’ food pantry opens Wednesdays from 3 to 5 p.m., but families may collect groceries only once a month, according to the organization’s services page. Pickup is at City Hall, 6505 Rico Road in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia.[1][2]
The pantry serves families in Chattahoochee Hills, Fairburn and Palmetto. Residency and income guidelines apply, so confirm eligibility with Brickworks before making the trip.[1]
Plan for pickup—not delivery. The city’s October 16 Week in Review explicitly says Brickworks does not deliver. The notice also lists limited clothing assistance on Wednesdays.[2]
For emergency financial assistance, leave a voice message or text at 770-628-6623; Brickworks says it will respond within 48 hours. That aid is available once a year if funds permit, requires board approval after application and is paid directly to billers.[1]
