Roswell Road streetscape: Staff recommended $182,000 land-rights purchase

The details
Staff said the city and Fulton County had agreed on the $182,000 price, which matched the city’s appraised fair-market-value offer. The staff memo also said the project budget had enough money for the acquisition.
