Fulton County’s Aug. 5 agenda sought approval of a change order of up to $186,442.91 for the North Fulton HHS Center at 4700 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta. The amendment would fund 12 additional services required to complete construction and renovation.

Change Order No. 2 would also add 60 days to the initial 270-day contract term to accommodate material lead times. The proposed amendment is with Beck PMI, a joint venture comprising The Beck Group and Peachtree Mechanical Inc.; the agenda records an approval request, not an authorized change.
