432 Inman Street SW proposed to shift from residential to commercial zoning
Canvas Companies, LLC's rezoning request is set for an Oct. 8 hearing before the Atlanta Zoning Review Board.
The proposal would replace the Single Family Residential designation with the Westview Neighborhood Commercial District while retaining the Beltline Overlay.
The details
The 0.213-acre site has 50 feet of frontage on the east side of Inman Street SW. It is in Neighborhood Planning Unit T and City Council District 4.
