Chattahoochee Hills planners recommend an error-correction standard for rezonings
The proposed 15th standard asks whether the parties support a correction and whether the change fixes the error as intended.
Chattahoochee Hills Planning Commission voted 5-0 on August 13, 2026, to recommend adding a zoning review standard specifically for rezonings intended to correct errors. It would become the city's 15th review standard.
