Sandy Springs staff recommends $53,307 landscaping contract extension

Sandy Springs staff recommends extending Ruppert Landscape's city-facilities landscaping agreement for 90 days at a cost not to exceed $53,307. The proposed resolution would cover Sept. 30 through Dec. 28, 2026; the current agreement runs through Sept. 29.

Staff says the extension would allow time to evaluate competing proposals, obtain council approval of a replacement contract and transition services without interrupting grounds maintenance. The recommendation was submitted for the Sept. 15 council meeting.
