Hardeman Road sport court request deferred by appeals board
The request at 116 Hardeman Road sought exceptions to rules on the court's distance from property lines and how much of the lot can be covered.
Proposed changes included evergreen landscaping, court netting and drainage improvements; SGR Law's Alex Brock said an agreement had been reached to remove a light.
What changes
Sandy Springs' Board of Appeals voted unanimously to defer the request on Aug. 5. Chair Sherri Allen said she preferred another public hearing in case the board needed to review changes or additional documents.
