Sandy Springs' annual federal-grant report also projects General Fund support for Section 108 loan payments in fiscal 2029–2031.

The report also forecasts General Fund support for Section 108 loan debt service in fiscal 2029 through 2031. By contrast, it says no General Fund money was used for the 2025 sidewalk construction project, which received the city's entire 2025 CDBG entitlement allocation and covers west-side portions of Roswell Road between Long Island Drive and Northwood Drive.

The forecast appears in an annual report staff recommended for approval at the Sept. 15 council meeting. Staff says approval would authorize submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
