Powder Springs staff recommend a 20-foot undisturbed buffer plus a separate 10-foot landscaping buffer along residential boundaries of the proposed 242-apartment development at 2761 Macedonia Road. The Sept. 10 report identifies Chancellor's Ridge homes along the western boundary and questions whether the space shown on the reviewed plan would provide adequate screening.

These are staff recommendations for the development if approved, not adopted zoning conditions.
