TourChattHills.com gets go-ahead for soft launch after critical fixes

Businesses will be encouraged to check their listings during the soft launch; consideration of additional marketing and website services was deferred to November 4.

The Chattahoochee Hills Convention and Visitors Bureau Authority directed September 9 that TourChattHills.com proceed toward a soft launch once critical issues are resolved, rather than wait for minor corrections or future enhancements.

Priority fixes include the Plan Your Visit function, links and contact routing, nonfunctioning features, and image and content problems. Staff will seek content-management access and training to handle more routine updates internally. Businesses and tourism partners will be encouraged to review their listings during the soft-launch period.

The board kept Paradise’s proposed Phase II and III services separate from the Phase I launch and voted 7-0 to defer consideration until November 4, 2026. Those proposed services include expanded website functions, social media, public relations and ongoing website services.
