Atlanta's Zoning Review Board recommended approval of a zoning amendment that would add a special-use permit requirement allowing state-licensed medical-cannabis and product dispensers to operate within distances restricted by state law. Its Aug. 13 marked agenda identifies the proposal as Z-26-41.
