Autumn Lane multifamily rezoning gets conditional zoning-board support
The proposal would replace single-family residential zoning with a multifamily designation in Council District 10.
Atlanta's Zoning Review Board recommended conditional approval of a proposal to change an Autumn Lane SW property's zoning from R-4 single-family residential to MR-3 multifamily residential, according to its Sept. 3 marked agenda. The request is identified as Z-26-47.
