   Handwashing

   At the front hand washing sink and the restroom sink there is no soap available. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge used handwashing cleanser from the back handwashing sink to equally distribute and supply all 3 sinks (back hand washing sink, restroom sink and front sink)

   Observed an open top prep cooler that was in disrepair. The coolers top lid was detached from the hinges, preventing the unit from closing properly.
