   Equipment cleanliness

   Observed that there was a black and grey mold-like buildup on the fan covers in the walk-in cooler, on the ceiling just in front of the fans in the walk-in cooler and on the end of the light fixtures in front of the fans in the walk-in cooler. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. (C) Corrective Actions: Correct by 9/25/26.
