   Observed multiple foods in the walk-in cooler that were not being held at or below 41° F.( See Temperature Chart) The ambient temperature of the walk-in cooler was 43° F.// Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: All foods that were being held higher than 41° F were discarded.//
