   Observed the the ice machine vents were covered up with dust, the fryer and grill were stain with food oil and residues and the refrigerator exterior and interior were stained with dirt. The manger will organize a deep cleaning process.

   Observed the the ice machine vents were covered up with dust, the fryer and grill were stain with food oil and residues and the refrigerator exterior and interior were stained with dirt. The manger will organize a deep cleaning process. 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) (d) Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Repeat Violation.
