   Observed p top cooler holding TCS food (oat milk) at 47F. COS-Oat milk discarded. Corrective action: Keep cold TCS foods at or below 41F at all times. Use a temperature log to ensure TCS foods are being monitored and held at or below 41F. Repair/replace unit to maintain TCS foods at or below 41F and store TCS foods in the 2-door lowboy until the prep cooler has been repaired. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
