   Inspector observed mold-like growth on FCS of bulk ice bin in main kitchen, soda gun nozzle at bar, and ice bin at bar. COS - PIC will burn all ice and pulled nozzle for wash/rinse/sanitize.

   Inspector observed mold-like growth on FCS of bulk ice bin in main kitchen, soda gun nozzle at bar, and ice bin at bar. COS - PIC will burn all ice and pulled nozzle for wash/rinse/sanitize. CA: Ice machines/bins and drink dispensing equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency to preclude the accumulations of soil and mold. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
