   Observed the dish machine not dispensing dish detergent or sanitizer. COS- 3-compartment sink set up to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes until the dish machine is repaired. Corrective action: Repair/replace the dish machine so that it dispenses detergent and sanitization solution between 50-100ppm Cl Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
