   Inspector observed mold-like growth on Food Contact Surface (FCS) of ice shoot in ice machine located in the dining room. COS - PIC will burn the ice and sanitize FCS. Corrective Action: Ice machines shall be cleaned at a frequency to preclude the accumulation of mold and soil. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
