   Observed a left hinge of the ice machine broken and not functional. CA: Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Discussed with PIC to replace the hinge of the ice machine as soon as possible. New Violation.
