At the time of inspection liquid waste was observed leaking directly onto floor and forming a pool of water under three compartment sink in the diswashing area of establishment and leak was observed on indirect waste line of walk in cooler # 2. Person in charge was advised to have leaks repaired and send invoices to inspector via email by 7/13/26. New Violation. Correct By: 07/13/2026
