   Observed TCS foods holding above 41F at salad bar (see asterisks in temperature log). CA: time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. Corrected on site: PIC closed salad bar at 2pm and voluntarily discarded food. New cooler for bar has been ordered; send proof to inspector by 8/24. Inspector provided TPHC rules for meantime Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
