Cleaning of Equipment and Utensils. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. At the time of inspection observed food storage shelves and multiple food storage containers with a heavy accumulation of encrusted food, dust and grease residue above food preparation tables in the main kitchen. Person in charge was advised to wash , rinse and sanitize said shelves and food storage containers by 6/23/26 and email pictures to inspector. New Violation. Correct By: 06/23/2026

Rodent Bait Stations. Rodent bait shall be contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. Observed open bait stations stored amongst food on food preparation tables in kitchen. Corrected on Site: Person in Charge removed said stations from food preparation tables and was advised to have pest control representative place on floor and non food preparation areas to prevent possible cross contamination. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

Observed one can of Raid, labeled for household use only stored on storage area of food preparation table in kitchen. Corrected on Site: Person in Charge removed said pesticide from establishment. Controlling Pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: 1. Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; 2. Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; 3. Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control 4. Eliminating harborage conditions. Observed multiple live roaches crawling on underside of food prep tables in main kitchen. Person in Charge was advised to have Pest Control company service establishment and to minimize their presence by following the advice below : 1. Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; 2. Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; 3. Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control 4. Eliminating harborage conditions and to send invoice via email to inspector by 6/19/26. Repeat Violation.
