   Observed ceiling tile in main kitchen not clean to sight and touch. Also observed build up of grease and debris on floors in main kitchen behind fryers and oven, in chemical storage area and beneath storage racks in dry storage area. Also observed black organic growth on ceiling in dry storage area and vents in main kitchen. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Repeat Violation.
