   Observed a food employee wearing a rubber band bracelet around their wrist in the main kitchen. Observed another employee wearing a watch and hair restraint around their wrist in the main kitchen. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Food employees removed all jewelry from wrist in the main kitchen. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
