Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material. PIC advised to remove foil. New Violation.

Observed accumulation of grease and debris on storage rack in dry storage, steam hood, reach in cooler doors and gaskets, microwave and cooking equipment. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC advised to clean and maintain equipment. New Violation.

Observed missing ceiling tiles in main kitchen above steam hood. Tiles need to be replaced. Observed floor and walls behind grill and cooking area that are unclean to sight and touch (accumulated grease and food debris). Walls and floor need to be thoroughly cleaned. Repeat Violation.
