A chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration and pH of the solution as listed. PIC has been advised to discontinue using the dish machine and wash, rinse and sanitizer at the 3-compartment sink until repairs have been made, a video testing the machine shall be emailed before using the machine again New Violation.
