   Observed 2-door reach in cooler ambient temperature 68F on my thermometer. The outside thermometer read 4.2. there was no surface thermometer present inside cooler to confirm.

   Observed 2-door reach in cooler ambient temperature 68F on my thermometer. The outside thermometer read 4.2. there was no surface thermometer present inside cooler to confirm. Observed 2-door reach in freezer with built up ice that was unclean to sight and touch. Owner stated that she will have someone come out and fix units. CA: Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. New Violation.
