CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a hand drying provision. COS: PIC placed a roll of paper towels at the handwashing sink. Corrected On-Site.    Upon arrival, observed the current inspection had been moved from it's usual location and was located on a shelf near the front door, about 10 feet from the floor. CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

   Upon arrival, observed the current inspection had been moved from it's usual location and was located on a shelf near the front door, about 10 feet from the floor. CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. COS: PIC moved the inspection report to a location that was within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
