Observed multiple dishes stored as clean, with food debris on them. Observed food debris on the meat slicer that was stored as clean. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The dishes and the slicer were placed in the warewashing sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Clean the ice machine by 10/9/26.
