Read beyond the number
Georgia assigns different point deductions to violation categories, with additional deductions for repeat violations. The score therefore is not a count of findings. The scoring rules are in 511-6-1-.10(2)(h) and (m).

What follows a low score
Georgia requires a follow-up inspection within ten days after a U. A C or U also adds at least one routine inspection within a twelve-month period. See 511-6-1-.10(2)(b)5 and (c).
That requirement does not tell us whether a particular follow-up happened or what it found. We show later results only when they are available in our records. A U on our site is not a closure notice, and an absent follow-up is not proof that conditions remain unchanged.

Use the all-score lookup to open a location’s history. Keep the dates attached when comparing scores. An earlier low result and a later higher result each belong to their own inspections; neither establishes current safety.
