    Observed failure to post a current food service permit. Observed a posted food service permit with an annual fee due date of 12/01/2020. Per DHD the food service permit is current. CA The PIC has been given the contact information to obtain a copy of the current food service permit and has been advised that the food service permit must be obtained and posted immediately. Repeat Violation.
