CA: Food employees shall clean their hands in a handwashing sink or approved automatic handwashing facility and may not clean their hands in a sink used for food preparation or warewashing, or in a service sink or curbed cleaning facility used for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. COS: PIC voluntarily explained to the employee that hands must be washed in hand sink only. Employee washed their hands in a handwashing sink right away. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. COS: PIC brought another container of soap to use until the broken soap dispenser is repaired. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

CA: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. COS: PIC voluntarily removed the wet dishes and placed them back in the dishwasher to be rewashed, then later air-dried before they come in contact with food. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
