    Upon arrival, observed a busted box of chicken breading outside the dumpster area and a opened bag of trash being the dumpster area. CA: An area designated for refuse, recyclables, returnables, and, except as specified in paragraph 2 of this subsection, a redeeming machine for recyclables or returnables shall be located so that it is separate from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles and a public health hazard or nuisance is not created. COS: PIC had an employee clean the dumpster area. One box was stuck under the dumpster and was not able to be fully removed at the time of inspection. Advised to send a picture to the health inspector showing the area has been cleaned by 10.07.26. New Violation. Correct By: 10/07/2026

Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; 2. Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests; 3. Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control as specified under subsections (6)(e), (6)(m), and (6)(n) of this Rule; Pf and 4.
