COS: The shelled hard boiled eggs were discarded and replaced with hard boiled eggs out of the shell. Potable ice was added on top of the eggs to keep them cold. Repeat Violation.

CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. Discussed with PIC that the permit, score, and food safety manager certificate must be moved one foot to the right or to another wall so that the score isn't covered by the main kitchen door when it is open. Repeat Violation.
