(a) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. Discussed with PIC to discontinue use of ice inside the ice machine, burn/discard ice and thoroughly clean and sanitize ice machine before reusing. New Violation.
