    Observed dark organic growth inside ice machine and drink nozzle at front food service. Also observed unclean bucket inside produce sink. COS PIC turn off ice machine to remove ice and clean with EPA registered sanitizer. Also advised to follow through with cleaning of nozzles and remove bucket from produce sink. CA. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 08/13/2026

Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC advised to defrost and clean equipment. Repeat Violation.
