    Observed black organic growth on the interior roof panel of the ice machine during the inspection. CA: (7) Cleaning of Equipment and Utensils. (a) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. Advise PIC that the ice machines should be routinely cleaned and sanitized at a frequency necessary to prevent the buildup of organic growth, slime, debris, and other contaminants. Maintain the interior surfaces of the ice machine clean and in good repair to prevent contamination of ice. New Violation.
