    Observed grease build up on hood over fryers in main kitchen. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. PIC informed EHS that a cleaning crew is scheduled for 10/12/2026 to clean the hood/fryer area. Repeat Violation.
