Fox Street properties would shift between English Avenue zoning subareas
The request covers 860, 866 and 870 Fox Street NW and is scheduled for an Oct. 8 hearing before Atlanta's Zoning Review Board.
The 0.39-acre request would change the designation from Subarea 1 to Subarea 3 within the English Avenue Special Public Interest District.
