Westhouse special-use permit clears Atlanta council on Collier Road

Atlanta City Council adopted an amended special-use permit for Westhouse at 1385 Collier Road NW, Building B, Oct. 5. The draft action minutes record an 11–0 vote on ordinance 26-O-1455, application U-26-12.

Novare 1385 Collier Events, LLC, doing business as Westhouse, is the applicant. The permit addresses nonresidential establishments exceeding 7,500 square feet where alcoholic beverages are sold or consumed on premises. The minutes record adoption as amended, without reproducing the amendments or establishing an opening date or issued alcohol license.
