An ordinance on Atlanta City Council’s Sept. 21 agenda would authorize the mayor or a designee, on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation, to enter an agreement with Atlanta Beltline, Inc. to install, operate and maintain two publicly accessible electric-vehicle charging stations in parking spaces at Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark.
