Atlanta zoning staff recommends approval of a special exception for a pool in a yard adjacent to a street on Peachtree Battle Avenue near Dobbs Circle. The Oct. 1 memorandum for case V-26-121 says existing structures and steep topography eliminate other possible pool locations.
