Santa Fe Villas proposal would fund 100 subsidized homes with $1.17 million in 2027

Atlanta proposes budgeting $1,165,008 for rental subsidies covering 100 units at Santa Fe Villas housing complex for low-income, formerly homeless individuals. Ordinance 26-O-1519 would authorize a housing-assistance payments contract with G&S Santa Fe Villas, LLC, for Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2027.

The supporting ordinance says the existing assistance contract expires Dec. 31, 2026. The proposed funding would support the HUD Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program; the agenda listing does not establish that the new contract or budget appropriation has been approved.
