Santa Fe Villas gets council authorization for $1.17 million in 2027 rental subsidies

Atlanta City Council authorized up to $1,165,008 for 2027 rental subsidies at Santa Fe Villas Oct. 5. Draft action minutes record an 11–0 vote on ordinance 26-O-1519, covering 100 units for low-income, formerly homeless individuals.
