Atlanta’s Zoning Committee unanimously recommended Sept. 28 a mixed-use rezoning for properties on Ponce de Leon and Bonaventure avenues. The supporting housing impact statement describes a proposed development with 375 multifamily homes and nonresidential space.

The statement projects 57 homes affordable between 50.01% and 80% of area median income. These are projected impacts of the proposed legislation, not a record that the homes have been built.
