Atlanta’s Transportation Committee unanimously held a proposal Sept. 30 to abandon and convey a 0.181-acre portion of Pelham Street NW between Oliver Street NW and Lindsay Street NW. Westside Acquisitions I LLC, the applicant, would purchase the street area at fair-market value.
